-Key responsibilities description (functional and managerial)
Customer representative in order to assure that customer requirements take into account internally in new projects.
- Identification and management of customer requirements for products quality in new projects, and control of related documents.
- Management of reliability test for product/process qualification.
- Samples review and release.
- Approval of products and processes.
- Management of production parts approval by customers.
- Training and verification of effectiveness of Production Quality responsible for business unit products.
- Approval of raw material, and incoming inspection instructions release.
- Establish requirements for product audit (parameters to be audited, sampling size, auditors training requirements, etc.).
- Other tasks required to support Product Quality responsible.
- Perform internal production process audit
according internal audit plan.
- Participate in meetings with customers
- Manage the customer complaints in the project phase
